    Description

    1911-D Two and a Half, AU53
    Attractive Collector-Grade Example

1911-D $2 1/2 AU53 PCGS. CAC. Strong D. Sharply struck devices and plentiful remaining mint luster augment lively orange-gold surfaces that richly deserve the accompanying CAC endorsement. The mintmark is equally well-defined. A loupe reveals scattered light marks to account for the assigned grade, although none are overly deep or distracting. Eye appeal exceeds the technical grade.(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# 7KR7, PCGS# 7943)

    Weight: 4.18 grams

    Metal: 90% Gold, 10% Copper
