Choice AU 1911-D Two and a Half
1911-D $2 1/2 AU55 NGC. This Choice AU key date Indian Head quarter eagle displays bright sun-gold surfaces. The design elements are well defined, except for the eagle's shoulder. The Denver mintmark is faint, but its outline is apparent and its oval center is undeniable. A few light marks are noted on the open fields.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# EGZ7, PCGS# 7943, GSID# 8615)
