1911-D $2 1/2 --Improperly Cleaned--NGC Details. AU. Although moderately glossy from a past wipe, this yellow-gold key date Indian quarter eagle has pleasing sharpness. The mintmark is bold, unlike often seen for this coveted issue. The obverse field appears unabraded, and the reverse field has only a couple of faint, thin marks.(Registry values: N2998)
