Description
Impressive 1913 Indian Quarter Eagle, MS66
1913 $2 1/2 MS66 PCGS. A sensational Premium Gem, and one of the finest existing 1913 quarter eagles, this piece exhibits frosty luster with brilliant pinkish-gold surfaces. Both sides have bold design motifs. A few abrasions are consistent with the grade. This 1913 Indian two and a half has excellent eye appeal. The mintage of 722,000 coins was the largest of the entire design from 1908 to 1929, yet examples in Gem or finer grades are highly elusive. Here is a great opportunity for the advanced collector to acquire one of the few MS66 PCGS coins certified. Population: 5 in 66, 0 finer (2/10).From The Atherton Family Collection, Part Two.(Registry values: N4719)
