Very Scarce 1914 Indian Quarter Eagle, MS65 NGC

1914 $2 1/2 MS65 NGC. This coin combines the best of both worlds: recognized rarity and high grade. The 1914 is one of the scarcest dates in this highly collectible series and is exceptionally difficult in Gem condition. This is an original coin whose sparkling, lustrous surfaces are covered with rich layers of pink and apricot patina. A small area of dark encrustation is noted on the eagle's base tailfeathers.
