1926 $2 1/2 MS66 PCGS. The Indian quarter eagles are interesting coins that feature a raised design sunken below the level of the surrounding fields. Some have called them "incuse" design coins, although that is incorrect. The sunken relief design was a first on any U.S. coin, and will probably never be repeated.
This boldly detailed Premium Gem is a splendid representative with brilliant and frosty yellow-gold luster hosting iridescent accents.
