    Description

1929 $2 1/2 MS65 PCGS. This is the final year of issue for the Indian Head quarter eagle series. The lustrous, yellow-gold surfaces are remarkably well preserved for both the grade designation and the design type. The raised, exposed surfaces usually reveal noticeable marks, even on Gems. Not so this coin! Moreover, the design elements are sharply impressed throughout, including the eagle's shoulder feathers. Housed in a green label holder.
    From The Twelve Oaks Collection.(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# 289F, PCGS# 7953)

    Weight: 4.18 grams
