Description

1925-D $2 1/2 MS65+ PCGS. Coinage of quarter eagles ended during the Great War, and did not resume until 1925, a decade later. Even then, only Denver coined the denomination that year. This lovely khaki-gold Gem is uncommonly free from contact, and shows only a couple of pinpoint flecks. A bold strike further proclaims the quality.(Registry values: N2998)
