Pristine 6.73-Ounce San Francisco Mint Silver Ingot
Undated San Francisco Mint Silver Ingot. 6.73 Ounces. This bright silver ingot has a well-centered oval imprint at the top of the top side, followed by 712 / 999.5 / FINE. The sides are stamp-free. The center of the back side has 6.73 / OZs. A few patches of toning are seen on the back side. The consignor says this ingot was part of a 98.60 ounce delivery of scrap silver delivered to the Mint in September, 1942. The ingot measures 31 x 49 x 12 mm.Auction Info
