Papal States. Benedict XIV Piastra 1753, D-1459, KM1180, 26.46g, MS62 NGC. The only Rome mint portrait Piastra of Benedict XIV. Light gray patina over lustrous surfaces with a few light abrasions. Ex: NG/SA Auction 4: Lot 866. Extremely rare in Mint State.From the Grundy Collection.
