Underrated First-Year Issue
1938 5C MS67 Full Steps PCGS. This first year of issue
remains underrated when compared to its D- and S-mint counterparts.
In Superb Gem Full Steps condition, only eight other pieces have
been certified by PCGS (1/11). The mint luster on this piece is
softly frosted, and the surfaces are virtually perfect in their
preservation. Each side has a slight overlay of light reddish
toning.(Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22T4, PCGS# 84000, Greysheet# 3163)
