1939 5C Doubled Monticello, FS-801, MS65 PCGS. MONTICELLO and FIVE CENTS exhibit extraordinary die doubling. One of the best known die varieties of the Jefferson series. Butter-gold, dove-gray, and plum-mauve toning graces this lustrous Gem. The reverse is pristine and the left obverse displays moderate marks.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22T8, Variety PCGS# 38481, Base PCGS# 4004)
