1942-P 5C Type Two MS68 NGC. The 1942 Philadelphia is the only issue struck with and without the large mintmark above the dome. Proofs and business strikes are available for both subtypes, and the Type Two (mintmarked) varieties are scarcer. This spectacularly preserved olive-gold Superb Gem appears perfect save for some incompleteness on the steps. Census: 2 in 68, 0 finer (8/07).(Registry values: N491)
