Description

1943/2-P 5C Doubled Die Obverse, FS-101, MS67 PCGS. As with other World War II overdate issues, the 1943/2-P was created when working hubs of different dates were used to make a working die. This is a thoroughly lustrous Superb Gem that has mark-free surfaces and a hint of gold toning. The high points of Jefferson's portrait show minor flan chatter, as struck. Population: 1 in 67, 0 finer (4/17).
