1943/2-P 5C MS67 Full Steps PCGS. FS-028. From an early die state that shows virtually all of the bottom half of the 2. This widely celebrated Guide Book variety is immensely popular, particularly in better grades, and always elusive with Full Steps on the reverse. Coins that combine strong strikes and impressive preservation are always in demand, and the present piece is one of just two MS67 Full Steps coins certified by PCGS, with none finer (5/08). Subtle golden tints visit otherwise nickel-white surfaces that offer powerful luster.
