1945-S 5C MS67 Full Steps PCGS. Areas of faint toning are
present on this lustrous and appealing Superb Gem with the Full
Steps designation. A couple of minuscule marks on the nose and a
tiny area of as-made struck-in grease on Monticello are not
distracting. Adding to the desirability of this example, PCGS and
NGC have only certified a combined total of 11 examples at the MS67
level with Full Steps, with none numerically finer at either
