Elusive 1946-D D Over Horizontal D Nickel MS64
1946-D 5C D Over Horizontal D MS64 PCGS. FS-301, formerly FS-031. A curve west of the upright of the primary mintmark is diagnostic for this rare variety. The upper obverse is honey-gold while most of this shimmering near-Gem is cream-gray. Impressively devoid of marks.
