1955-D/S 5C MS66 PCGS. CONECA OMM-003. Slanted die lines through the D in UNITED confirm this lesser 1955-D/S overmintmark variety. The underlying S is seen closely cropped to the primary D on the top and bottom edges. This piece displays satiny nickel-gray luster with a hint of champagne toning and is free of distracting abrasions. Slight strike weakness on the central high points prevents a Full Steps designation.
