Description
Delightful 1964 Kennedy Half, MS67
None Graded Finer at PCGS
1964 50C MS67 PCGS. Conditionally quite elusive at the
Superb Gem level, although a common issue in lower grades. PCGS has
certified only 31 examples including the present piece in MS67, and
there are none finer at that service. Both Registry Set and type
set collectors actively pursue the 1964 and 1964-D issues in the
highest grades, as they are the only 90% silver regular issues in
the Kennedy series. This example offers a ring of delightful cinnamon and reddish-gold framing the portrait, while the reverse is brilliant silver-white. Both sides show minimal contact, in keeping with this highest grade assigned at PCGS for the issue. The strike is full in all areas. Population: 31 in 67, 0 finer (4/09).(Registry values: N208)
