1969-D 50C MS67+ PCGS. Those building a color set of Kennedy
halves can add a capstone to the collection with this Plus-graded
1969-D, which is imbued with fiery rainbow colors on both sides.
Struck with silver content, the 1969-D is important as the final
Kennedy half issue earmarked for commercial circulation with that
alloy. It is also one of the rarest dates in the series in MS67 or
finer condition. This sharply struck, Plus-graded example is tied
for the finest-certified with just one other coin at PCGS.
