1793 1C Liberty Cap VG Details NCS. Good 6 EAC. S-13, High R.3. Darwin Palmer's poll of EAC members revealed that they rated the S-13 as the most beautiful of all 1793 varieties. Even though this is a heavily worn example, it is still easy to see how the members came to this conclusion with Liberty's head well formed and rounded. The medium brown surfaces show slight roughness, but for the grade the coin is relatively clean with a few old scratches and a minor rim mark at 11 o'clock.
