Attractive Steel-Brown 1793 S-10 Wreath Cent
1793 1C Wreath Cent--Vine and Bars--VF Details NCS. VG10 EAC. S-10, Die State I, R.4. Sometimes known as the "Injured Rim" variety, because of the die failure at the obverse rim near 3 o'clock. Believed by Breen to have been struck on April 13 with about 3,000 pieces produced. The sharpness is slightly finer than the net grade, but the surfaces are lightly porous and there are three or four tiny planchet voids visible with magnification. Even steel-brown coloration.
