1793 Wreath Cent, VG10
S-11, Lettered Edge, Old Green Holder
1793 1C Wreath, Lettered Edge, S-11b or c, B-16b or c, R.4, VG10
PCGS. The devices are well detailed for the grade level, with
clear date and border legends. Much of the border dentilation is
also visible. Uniform burgundy-brown patina encompasses each side,
with mild granularity in the fields as normal. A planchet crack (as
struck) appears at 11 o'clock on the obverse through to the
corresponding portion of the reverse. Housed in a generation 3.0
old green label holder, which obscures the edge from view,
preventing determination of the S-11b or S-11c edge device.From The Bruce S. Sherman Collection, Part II.
