1793 Chain 1C Periods--Environmental Damage--NGC Details. Fair. S-4, High R.3. Chain cents are highly collectible in all grades, and even in Fair the chain is almost fully visible. The surfaces show significant porosity, hence the modifier from NGC, but there is enough detail to locate the periods after LIBERTY and the date to identify this variety. MRB Poor 1.Auction Info
