Description
1793 Wreath Cent--Vine and Bars--VF 20 Porous. S-6, R.3. At first glance, the porosity is not apparent due to the dark chocolate coloring. In fact, the porosity is more severe on the reverse and Liberty's face is largely free of distractions. We note a planchet crack at the truncation of the neck. Altogether, this is a medium quality example of an issue known for its difficulty.
