Description
1793 Wreath Cent in XF
1793 1C Wreath Cent--Vine and Bars--XF 40, Corroded. S-9, R.2. Although heavy corrosion covers the surfaces, strong detail is present on each side. The deep brown color is uniform except for the highpoints on the obverse that are a lighter olive-brown. Other than the obvious corrosion, there are no distracting marks or disfigurements, and the overall appearance is not unappealing. From the Alfred S. Lippman Collection
