Description
1795 1C Plain Edge--Clip--VF20 ANACS. S-76b, B-4b, R.1. A straight edge clip (as made) is noted between 2:30 and 3:30. A well detailed light brown example with moderate gray verdigris and a slender diagonal lamination near the Liberty pole. The reverse has a small edge nick at 1 o'clock, but marks are otherwise surprisingly few. MRB VG8.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 223T, PCGS# 1380, GSID# 732)
