Lovely 1800 S-204 Cent, MS62 Brown
1800 1C MS62 Brown NGC. S-204, B-25, High R.3. Breen Die State VI. A die crack and heavy clash marks are visible along the right obverse border, weakening the border from 1 o'clock to 3 o'clock. The reverse is rotated a few degrees counterclockwise. Deep steel surfaces serve as a backdrop for hints of original red color near the devices. This piece ranks in the Condition Census, probably fifth finest known. It is clearly finer than the Rasmussen coin, and just misses the quality of the Husak coin.
