Significant 1805 Large Cent, AU58 NGC
1805 1C AU58 NGC. S-267, R.1. This nicely defined coin retains ample evidence of a bold overall strike (at least in the centers). Both sides present a pleasing, original, orange-brown sheen with no outwardly distracting abrasions. Some minor verdigris has gathered in the more protected areas around the reverse devices, but, once again, these features are not bothersome to the naked eye. An attractive, minimally worn example.From the Ohio Collection.
