1807 1C Comet VF30 PCGS. S-271, B-1, R.1. The die break above the hair ribbon explains the nickname for S-271. The variety is photographed on page 99 of the 2011 Guide Book. This is an unblemished and glossy large cent with bold legends and pleasing eye appeal. The obverse die is misaligned several degrees toward 12 o'clock.
