Description

1808 XF 40. S-279, R.2. Struck on a slightly porous planchet, the coin has light reddish-brown color that is most attractive. There are a few shallow, intersecting scratches on the left side of the obverse, but these do not materially affect the overall eye appeal of the coin. A scarce type in this grade.
