Conditionally Scarce Classic Head
1812 1C Small Date AU55 NGC. S-291, B-1, R.2. Deep
golden-brown and olive-green toning visits this nicely defined type
coin. The strike is sharp except on the lower stars, and contact is
minimal aside from two moderate marks on the left obverse. Classic
Head cents are plentiful in "scudzy" condition but are an elusive
