Description

1812 1C Small Date Genuine PCGS. S-290, B-2, R.1. The PCGS number ending in .97 suggests Environmental Damage as the reason, or perhaps one of the reasons, that PCGS deemed this coin not gradable. In our opinion, this coin has the details of a Mint State specimen that has been corroded with additional verdigris. Deep brown surfaces also show a number of rose tints. MRB VF20.
