1814 1C Plain 4--Improperly Cleaned--NCS. XF Details. S-295, B-2, R.1. We see nothing on this piece that suggests it is improperly cleaned, with the exception of a tiny light orange area in the upper hair curls. There are no apparent hairlines or other unsightly blemishes. Both sides have pale green-brown toning with faded tan luster. EAC 35.From The Collection of a Dallas Gentleman.(Registry values: P1)
