MS65 Red and Brown
1818 1C MS65 Red and Brown NGC. N-10, R.1. The popular
Randall Hoard variety with the heavy peripheral obverse die crack.
The surfaces are about evenly divided between brick-red and
steel-brown, with a subtle spot beneath the ST in STATES. The stars
are softly defined, as usual, but the rest of the details are bold.
