1823 1C N-2, R.2, VF20 PCGS. The middle die state with two distinct rim die breaks near stars 4 through 6. An ebony-brown representative of this much better Matron Head date. Both sides are relatively unabraded, aside from a single thin line beneath the TA in STATES.
