1825 1C MS64 Brown NGC. N-10, R.3. Our EAC Grade MS62. This late die state specimen has a rim break joining star 7. A lustrous chocolate-brown to medium brown Matron Head example. Crisply struck save for the left-side stars. Slightly bright near star 5, and a few unimportant marks are noted above the E in CENT. Noyes lists just three Mint State examples in his census.
