Description
Choice 1826 N-9 in AU 55
1826 N-9, R.3. Sharpness of AU 55, net AU 55. Another impressive coin that boasts light-brown color and choice surfaces. Struck slightly off-center toward 2 o'clock on the obverse. Boldly impressed with each star showing full radial lines and every curl on Liberty is sharp and crisp. A lustrous beauty which is identifiable by a trivial spot between the left ribbon ends. The pedigree further enhances this one.Ex: Homer K. Downing, 4/48; Willard C. Blaisdell, 9/76; R. E. Naftzger, Jr.; Myles Z. Gerson; Del N. Bland; Dr. Robert J. Shalowitz, 3/84; R. E.
