Description
1827 1C MS63 Brown NGC. N-1, R.2. The otherwise antique, golden-copper toning scheme yields to rich olive-gray tinting around the obverse devices and over most of the left reverse. This is a glossy textured representative with no abrasions or carbon spots that are readily evident. The finest example noted on Robinson's Condition Census grades MS63.
From the Peter Martinez Collection.
