Description

Lustrous 1828 N-10 Small Date Cent, MS62 Brown

1828 1C Small Wide Date MS62 Brown NGC. N-10, R.1. Although the variety is called R.1, the 1828 N-10 cent is an important Guide Book variety that is known only through a single die combination. Mostly olive and blue toning accompanies the lustrous and frosty surfaces, with traces of orange mint color on each side. This is an exceptional example that will garner considerable bidding activity. EAC 55.
