Description

High Quality 1832 N-1 Cent

1832 1C Medium Letters MS65 Brown NGC. MS60+ EAC. N-1, Intermediate Die State, R.2. The reverse die has a crack from the base of the final A, through the wreath stem and ribbon end, to the lower part of UNIT. In later states this crack extends to the base of C in AMERICA. Numerous Mint State examples of this variety are known, although most are just MS60 per EAC standards. This example, slightly nicer, is among the 10 finest of the variety.
