Mint State 1834 N-4 Cent
1834 1C Large 8, Small Stars, Medium Letters MS64 Brown NGC. MS60+ EAC. N-4, Intermediate Die State, R.2. This example has considerable die rust on the reverse, yet retains the perfect obverse of early strikes. This is a gorgeous Mint State cent with light olive-brown color accented by hints of pinkish mint luster on the obverse. A few tiny abrasions are visible on both sides. Overall, this lovely coin has excellent eye appeal and should be a wonderful addition to the cabinet of a specialist, or of the casual date or type collector.Ex: Rockford Coin (Rockford, IL) at Las Vegas (3/84).(#1699) (Registry values: N991)
