Description
1841 MS 63 Red and Brown, Lacquered. Both sides, but particularly the obverse of this nearly mark-free specimen, exhibit a bright glossiness from its thin, protective coating. The underlying surfaces have mellowed to a deep pumpkin-orange color, shading to steel-violet in the most exposed areas.
