Description

1845 MS 64 Red. Lovely mint red color, just mellowed a bit overall, but still full of much fiery glow. Sharply struck with a few scattered specks of carbon on the obverse. This is a much more difficult coin in mint condition than one of the truly common dates from the 1850s.
