1846 1C Small Date MS64 Brown PCGS. N-15, High R.4. Our EAC Grade MS64. Ex: Naftzger Collection. Grellman Die State a without obverse cracks. The reverse is cracked atop UNITED. A boldly struck and beautiful example of this much better Newcomb marriage. The motifs are olive-brown while the fields are apple-green and lilac-red. Marks and spots are absent. Both Grellman and Noyes grade this cent MS65 and list it as tied for CC#1.
