1850 1C MS64 Red and Brown NGC. N-26, Low R.5. Grellman Die State b. This better die variety near-Gem is identified by the die line in the dentils near the UN in UNITED. The base of the 0 is lightly repunched. Sharply struck, lustrous, and mostly fire-red with fading to lilac on the portrait and beneath CENT. Our EAC grade MS63.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 226G, PCGS# 1890, Greysheet# 1151)
