1850 1C MS65 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. N-21, R.2. Grellman Die State b, the predecessor to "N-10." The curved line from the base of the 1 in the date down into the dentils is diagnostic. This Red and Brown Gem is appreciably spotted but shows an attractive mix of rose and violet colors. MRB MS64.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 226G, PCGS# 1890, Greysheet# 1151)
