1850 Cent, Ex: Holmes, Brown

1850 1C MS65 Red and Brown PCGS. N-9, R.2. Grellman Die State c. Close to a Red designation though slight mellowing to steel-blue is here and there. Crisply struck and lustrous with exemplary surfaces. Included with the lot are the Brown and Holmes auction lot cards, and two grading cards from J.R. Grellman, each designating the coin as 65. Described in the Holmes catalog as "tied for CC#1 with one other example in the same die state." Our EAC grade MS65.
