1851 1C MS66 Brown PCGS. N-7, R.1. An early die state with light repunching visible beneath the first 1 in the date. Although designated as Brown, this lustrous Premium Gem possesses noticeable remaining red in design recesses, particularly on the reverse. Nicely struck and lustrous with minimal marks.
