1856 1C Upright 5 MS65 Red and Brown NGC. N-12, High R.1. Fully struck with intense luster and dappled fire-red and steel-gray coloration. A small lint mark (as struck) pierces the lower, outer edge of Liberty's ear. A faint fingerprint is noted on the obverse, but abrasions are not found on either side of this attractive Gem. EAC 63.
